Contact FRx

Corrections, source suggestions, broken-link reports, privacy questions, cookie questions, and factual feedback can be sent to info@frxinsurance.ca.

Do not send personal health information. Do not include patient names, dates of birth, health card numbers, prescription numbers, claim reference numbers, prescriber identifiers, carrier case numbers, or screenshots containing identifiable patient details. FRx is not a secure patient-care communication channel.

What to send

Best correction format

The best correction format is short and evidence-based: page URL, incorrect text, replacement text, source URL or document name, source date, and any context needed to understand the change.

Privacy and cookie requests

Privacy, cookie, and consent-choice questions can use the same address. If asking about a previous correction email, include enough non-sensitive context to identify the message without including patient information.

What FRx cannot do

FRx does not provide patient-specific billing advice, private claim adjudication support, legal advice, urgent patient-care decisions, or payer authorization. Patient-specific matters should be handled through the pharmacy, prescriber, carrier, Ministry, or applicable regulator.

Response expectations

FRx is not an urgent support desk. It cannot resolve a live patient claim, reverse a transaction, approve coverage, or speak for a payer. Urgent claim issues should be handled through the pharmacy’s normal plan, prescriber, carrier, or public program escalation routes.
